You usually think of Man’s Best Friend being a dog and I believe that is a true statement. My best friend happens to be a Golden Retriever and her name is Molly. I have had a golden for over 27 years and they make excellent family pets and companions as they are so loving, sweet natured, affectionate, happy, and they try very hard to please their masters and family.
Golden Retrivers are very smart animals, they are easily trained, and I’ve found them to be very patient and gentle with children. Molly loves to go everywhere with me. Our favorite time together is when we take our mile or two walk, it is great exercise for both of us. Molly loves playing in the water, chasing sticks, and retrieving her ball. It is fun to take her to the lake as she loves to swim. She eats a good healthy diet of Imas lamb and rice kibble with a scoop of Risotriene ( a stabilized rice bran that is a whole food high in antioxidants full of good nutrition.) I feel it is important that she stays in good shape and remains healthy.
