			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you read or watched the Secret?</p>
<p>This Secret is really not a secret after all. The information has been available throughout history. What is that Information? <strong>It is that thoughts create things.</strong> Therefore, if you don&#8217;t like what you are creating for yourself, you need to change your thinking.</p>
<p>So , what are you creating in your life? Is it that which you love or is it something that you would rather change? Perhaps you often feel that you would be happy if only? If only you had a certain amount of money, if only that dream job, if only your body was better, if only I had a partner and so on. Or maybe you are thinking that all of those things will happen someday in the future and then wonder why they have not arrived, yet.</p>
<p>A couple of things to consider with the above thinking. Happiness comes first and not after something else happens. You choose to be happy right now or not. Whatever else is happening or not has no bearing on whether you are happy. Second, thinking that something will come your way some day automatically means that you will never see it manifest for you because it always being thought of as a future event.</p>
<p>Once you understand that all manifestation comes from our thoughts, you will have no problem with receiving any amount of Abundance, Love or anything else you see yourself having.</p>
<p>If we want to change our circumstances we need to take a look at how we are thinking all of time. It has been said that we are constantly praying. Are you praying for what you want or are you thinking negative thoughts. Either way the Universe will give you what you are thinking about. It has no choice.</p>

<p>The really great thing is that you can change your thinking. Here is an example of manifesting rain. We can want it to rain every day but because it just a want it will probably not rain. But when we feel the rain coming down and soaking the earth and us, when we smell the freshness of the air and we hear the thunder there is a high probability that we will actually manifest it physically. By doing that exercise we begin to resonate with the rain and we attract it to us. This way of thinking can be used in other areas of our life. We can attract people that are happy to open up doors, people that can show us whatever we need to learn, individuals with the information we need.</p>
<p>The Secret is the science of how thinking interacts with quantum physics to form our experiences. You are using The Secret to manifest all of the time. If you are manifesting things that you don&#8217;t want then need to take a look at your thinking.</p>
<p>The great thing is you can start right now to think differently. Remember the example with the rain. Picture whatever it is you want as being yours right now. Feel the feelings of having it. Give thanks for having it. If you can do that you will be amazed as your manifesting ability strengthens each day and it will become easy for you.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s quite amazing to find out just how much talk there&#8217;s concerning the Law of Attraction and just how little people really know about it. The Law Of Attraction is not magic that you utilize and things begin to change this way and that. It is not that you just chant like monks a thousand times every single day to discover things taking place exactly how we want. If the Law of Attraction were so basic, we would already have witnessed the earth as being a much better place at this time.</p>
<p>The Law of Attraction is revealed in a variety of ways. The most prevalent description yow will discover is likely to be something such as the following:</p>
<p>If an individual passionately thinks that something must take place, it is going to definitely happen.</p>

<p>1. We need to know precisely what we want.</p>
<p>2. We should think about what it is that we desire, but believe that we have already manifested it.</p>
<p>3. We need to believe that the object is ours and have no doubt about obtaining it.</p>
<p>4. Once we know what we will manifest, we must not attach ourselves to how this will happen, as this is not our business. We should only see ourselves having it.</p>
<p>We will be exploring the Law of Attraction in the next nine posts. We will strive to understand The Secret in the next post.</p>

<p><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Attempt to  hold an affirmative outlook (think positive). It makes everything you do  simpler, including getting fit. Consider what you are able to do that would make  you more pleased. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The reverse is likewise true: Mental health is greatly  assisted by physical health. It&#8217;s difficult to feel great about anything if you  don&#8217;t feel great physically. Even if additional things are going wrong in your  life, attending to your health&#8211;getting decent exercise, and eating right&#8211;is  commonly something you have a lot of command over. Don&#8217;t blow it off if you are  unhappy&#8211;it will simply make you more distressed.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Attempt to consume at least 5 servings of  fruit and/or veggies a day, and whole grains rather than processed ones. Find  out how to cook, so your diet won&#8217;t be at the mercy of eating places and food  processors. Consume foods that are elevated in fiber, like potatoes, beans,  corn, asparagus, and so forth.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Consume dinner at least 2-3 hours prior to  you going to bed, and consume nothing after it. When you eat supper that&#8217;s too  close to your bed time, it doesn&#8217;t give your body adequate time to digest its  food, (the body decelerates when asleep) so all of that food is turning into  fat.</span></p>
